      - Remote first, unlimited PTO - Solid base pay - not top of market but relatively close, PLUS equity/profit in every company and studio that HAI launches for everyone at company from highest to lowest levels. - Incredibly smart employees that want to change the world - GREAT culture - fun, intellectual, productive - CEO is visionary - reality distortion field!

      Cons

      - Lots of ambiguity - as a startup, the company is still figuring it out as it learns and iterates (can be uncomfortable for some) - Equity - the company is still figuring out the longer-term way to provide equity upside or profit sharing to employees - Health insurance - health plan could be better (high deductible plan is only option), but
