Company Stability is Questionable

Pros

Company's purpose is to serve veterans at home. Owner is a disabled vet.

Cons

Advancement opportunities are limited as the company is currently in five states and each branch office only has a branch manager and an assistant that recruit and schedule Home Care contractors. Corporate office is in a constant state of chaos because of turnover. People don't stay long here. No health benefits.

Get a lot great experience to get a good else where after a year or two. The people you work are pretty good if they stick around more then six months. One the few places that actually feels like everyone a big family. They are flexible and work with you if with in reasonable manner

Cons

Tend to pay under market and never give raise. The rare cases if you do get a raise it would be 50 cents or less. In almost 5 years working their only got a 50 cents raise . As the turn over rate is so that most people will quit or get fired with the first six months to include management. That the task will trickle down everyone else without a raise. You will get chances to get a job promotion if you work at the corporate office only without a raise.
