As a business, we are committed to adhering to all applicable laws and to enforcing the policies and procedures stated in our Employee Handbook.
We strive to foster a workplace environment where everyone is treated with respect. More specifically, we have a zero tolerance policy for sexual harassment. Indeed, our Employee Handbook explicitly provides:

In keeping with this policy, the Company requires that all employees treat each other with respect, and will not tolerate discrimination or harassment of any kind by employees or supervisors, including, but not limited to sex, age, race, color, religion, mental or physical disability, medical condition, national origin, marital status, veteran status, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected under federal or state law or local ordinance.
The allegations in the review were never brought to our attention. Our company has mechanisms in place for employees to report complaints (including doing so anonymously), and we are committed to promptly and thoroughly investigating any such complaints. We are very proud that women make up 70% of our workforce, and of the contributions women have made to our business over the years, holding key positions in various departments.
We also take pride in producing top quality products that are safe and effective for our customers. We also hold our employees to a high standard for their workmanship and adherence to all the safety precautions.
