Some good blessings of Grammer Ag that projects are good.

Cons

Management is big concern. Team leads fail to respect employees and their space. more struggle while applying leaves they will ask you reason and give options for not to take leaves. Weekend working is their favorite tool to target employee. Serving 90 days notice is hell.
