Property needed serious repairs / refurbishment

This company is deeply toxic and mismanaged. Leadership is indecisive and incompetent, delaying every decision and leaving staff to pick up the pieces. There’s no strategy, no vision and no willingness to invest in improvements, everything runs on minimum staff and bare-bones processes which never get fleshed out as they don't have the skillset in house to do so. Speaking up will make you a target and staff turnover is incredibly high. The company does the bare minimum for the student's that live with them and clearly do not care about their wellbeing. If you value your career, sanity or professional growth, look elsewhere.
