Mentally, emotionally, and physically draining, drama, gossip, management gets the gossip started, they work you sometimes 2-3 shifts a day, they don't pay time and a half, if you work ot the owner writes you a personal check for straight pay, they'll hire anyone off the street to care for people's loved one's, management tells other employees your personal business, management, and owner cuss you, and talk to you like a dog, food isn't prepared in a professional kitchen, the work environment is so terrible they had over a 400 employee turnover last year, and they offer no benefits whatsoever! The pay is absolutely the lowest I've ever seen. They pay you $8.50 an hour, with no time and a half to do all your care giver duties, plus cook, clean the houses, do all the laundry, while they sit back and just watch you struggle on camera. You aren't even allowed to be in the park where you take break with another employee, they'll write you up, they write you up for everything, unless you're one of their favorites. By far one of the worst working environments I've ever experienced.
