Pros
Some colleagues were very knowledgeable and cooperative, trying to improve the organization of the projects. Hybrid/remote setup options. The senior tech management sometimes held knowledge sharing meetings, however downside of it, at times they were too long and after working hours.
Cons
Extremely low salary for the workload. The overtime work that was sometimes during weekends was not paid, the deadlines were unrealistic. Toxic attitude from management to some employees (developers, qa..). The projects and tasks were not organised. Often switching of developers to different projects. Some colleages being snitches to management. No private health insurance, no team building events. People in general were not satisfied and many people either left the company or got fired in a short amount of time.
