Formerly a good company turned bad after former boss left

Pros
Has a good mix of clients and very friendly work enviroment.
Cons
Things went sour after the COO left the company. The boss thinks that the employees we're loyal to the previous COO and sort of purged or waited for the current employees to resign before moving forward with any business plans.

Cons
low salary, CEO promises lot of things but does not meet the initial expectations. insufficient training. Previous work of senior employees are passed directly to new employee without training and sufficient compensation. CEO always badmouths previous employees. does not respect private time of employees even on weekend. does not have proper planning on projects.
