underpaid workers, no growth nor learning, sweat-shop kind of work, poor management

Has a good mix of clients and very friendly work enviroment.

Things went sour after the COO left the company. The boss thinks that the employees we're loyal to the previous COO and sort of purged or waited for the current employees to resign before moving forward with any business plans.
