Pros

good for fresher, Thats yet nothing is good about them

Cons

Pathetic work environment and work space, no proper ventilation,no proper hygiene, no proper sitting facility to an employees, No fun activities , don't how to motivate the employees ,Biased .Performance is judged based on personal relation with manager or with higher authority.Untrained and lack of knowledge for HR

Pros

Worked with ALP for few years. It is a good company for those who are early in their careers to learn recruitment. The best thing about working with Alp is in time salary. Managers support you if you are willing to take responsibilities. Good office infrastructure and the founders have a growth mindset which is very good.

Cons

The managers are supportive but the work life balance is bad. The management has no idea of how to set productivity targets. The targets are unrealistic. I have worked with bigger companies in past but no where the targets were unrealistic. The high targets cause employees to burn out. Company culture is average. The HR is lethargic and unresponsive in most cases. There is a serious mess within HR team and job insecurity within them. ALP started way back in nineties but not able to establish itself because of the poor leadership at the operational level. There are companies who have started late than ALP but are much bigger brand and have established several business. The director can be more competent rather than being a self claimed people person . Average industry knowledge and poor industry presence is one of the main reason for slow or no growth. The founders should analyze the reason for failing to build other business lines even though ALP was amongst the companies who started early.

Pros

Good learnings, supportive and knowledgeable managers, work on good clients.

Cons

Poorest HR team one can ever come across, they do not value their own job , employees , timelines and their duties. They have very laid back attitude. Very poor worklife balance and lot of pressure. Managers may be good but they expect Employees to late sitting and work on weekends and holidays. They do not understand that people work to live and not live to work. Ones Motive is to live a good and healthy life and not spoil your health and not give time to family. Every body wants to work and grow but at the same time other things like health, family, good work life balance are also important. They will blabber about the importance of having a good work life but don't practice. This is the heights of hypocracy.
