The managers are supportive but the work life balance is bad. The management has no idea of how to set productivity targets. The targets are unrealistic. I have worked with bigger companies in past but no where the targets were unrealistic. The high targets cause employees to burn out. Company culture is average. The HR is lethargic and unresponsive in most cases. There is a serious mess within HR team and job insecurity within them.
ALP started way back in nineties but not able to establish itself because of the poor leadership at the operational level. There are companies who have started late than ALP but are much bigger brand and have established several business. The director can be more competent rather than being a self claimed people person . Average industry knowledge and poor industry presence is one of the main reason for slow or no growth.
The founders should analyze the reason for failing to build other business lines even though ALP was amongst the companies who started early.
