Pros
Management checks up on you, asks if you have any questions or need help with something. No constant supervision and control. Good compensation no matter the experience. Overtime isn't expected - you can leave as soon as your official work day is over.
Cons
The team doesn't engage with you at all. If you're new there, be ready to be on your own all the time. Other employees don't try to include you in their activities or "smoke breaks". They don't talk to you and act very stiff and distant. I got lucky because I've had my own office with another worker there and they were very welcoming and helping so I still managed to have this one sort of a friend. But if it wasn't for them, I would be completely on my own. There's no feeling of the TEAM in the company among the employees. They even snitch on each other. You won't feel like someone has your back there.
