Pros
First of all founder is very good. He treat each and every employee at equal level. He share all the happiness with the Team's I am getting good exposure to work for different clients in different domains but I was indirectly managed.
Cons
Alpha ICT management level should be behave like founder and take the best from their employee which I am feeling downward. Also management should involve employee in the client meeting and should not hide anything. Also management level should have to involve technically.
