Well its a job and they pay

Cons

Very poor staff retention, poor salaries, massive expectations. Travel in own time 2-3 hours to customer sites, same on the way back. No career prospects or staff development. Look for something better and don't say we didn't warn you!

Toxic Environment Micromanagement High staff turnover No transparency Lack of support and trainings unprofessional managers and management style. Leadership was quite poor, leading to unclear direction of what the organization wants to achieve and high levels of frustration.

There are no pros for working for this company

Cons

They are greedy. Money is the driving force. No investment in the schools. No support. The children suffer as they do not have the resources. The teachers suffer as there are no resources. For a independent school the parents pay for a standard and the children do not get it. The teachers are amazing and do their best with the limited resources. But it is sad to see.
