      -Work from home -flexibility in working hours but with caution.

      Cons

      -Expect to work beyond your stipulated working hours without any additional pay. -Micromanagement, bosses will frequently doubt your abilities instead of encouraging you to learn more. -No sign of long term stability for an employee's stand point. -No credible letter of appointment or relieving letter is given.

      No pro of working at this company

      Cons

      The founder is narcissistic and egoistic. He urges people to join his 'company', promises them of a great future. The founder really is moody as his name goes. I have the founders firing and hiring people as they please. The sad part is they really ruin students time and confidence. DO NOT trust what they potray on social media
