      Pros

      Cutting edge tech, good idea, nice office, mostly good people on the non-management positions. Anyone can become "Head of ...." whatever department there.

      Cons

      Culture of lying and backstabbing. Everything is handled in a dirty manner. Hush hush mentality. You are expected to work overtime for free. HR lady has issues, to put it mildly. Management makes bad decisions and consistently lies. Salaries are below market average. Turnover rate is through the roof. They don't care even after losing a quarter of the company.

      Great people, but missed opportunities

      The office space is great and plenty of friendly people

      Cons

      Despite being a start-up, they don't benefit from the usual fast pace of working. In one sprint developers would be pleading for additional tickets to work on (but be refused in case the ticket wouldn't finished by the sprint end), and the next sprint they would be overwhelmed.

      Very interesting salary, excellent working conditions, challenging environment for someone who'd like to make a difference

      Not the right company for someone who doesn't want to give his best.
