Pros
The staff is super friendly and helpful; always happy to answer questions and help out. The research you do as an intern will teach you a lot about finance and big management firms and their investors. Not a deeply finance internship, but you get to use excel a lot and work on pitch-books in powerpoint. A little bit of everything, without a doubt a great experience.
Cons
There is a lot of administrative work involved, often days of only doing that. But since its a new firm with few employees that's expected. And you are told this during the interview so nothing to be surprised about.
