      There sales are way up

      Need better management and keep employees informed how things are going and what to expect ! Could show employees that they give a hoot . Quit running skeleton crews when your production is running at max give operators more help and in ever aspects of the plant too understaffed

      Pay , some of the co workers were cool

      Management doesn’t know what they are doing , favoritism should be one of the Core values of the company that’s all they show , sales department are a bunch of idiots . Company claims they care about the employees but the employees still get treated like a red headed step child
