      Pattern of folks getting let go without cause.

      Competitive pay, respectable benefits, nice hours.

      Cons

      New management seems to care more about numbers than they do the employees. Some folks who have been working there for years and done good work are being fired without cause. It was later found out that they fire those employees specifically to hire new ones that had licenses that the others did not, despite the previous employees saying they would happily go get them. Being worried about losing your job for no good reasons without any prior conversation is a stress that you can avoid.

      Pros

      Alta is a great place to work. While not every day is easy and fun, but there is a lot of great teamwork and willingness to accomplish common goal. There are a lot of people who passionate about their work and have thirst to achieve great results and deliver the best service to our customers. Everyone is working together for the common goal in the fun and meaningful way. Great benefit and vacation package, which includes company paid medical insurance premiums. Company has very diverse work force, with people working at Alta from more than 17 countries. Alta is a great company for passionate people who want to achieve great results and learn new skills!!!
