Professional, have system and archive and everything is organized and documented.
Cons
They don't respect the human being and don't assist you over the first days of working, you won't learn, they don't help you to learn, you are overwhelmed with tasks that take long time. There is no motivation nor any help from the directors or the CEO, they push and don't respect any effort.
