They now have a 2 hour window to reach airport and now parking is free.
Cons
Disorganised assessment day. Very laid back and not asking relevant questions which instills lack of confidence in applicant. No feedback offered even though only 15 people showed up. At least Virgin provides the high volume of applicants some feedback. Low pay and hardly any benefits for hours worked/overnights. Base award offered = minimum pay. You earn more in Retail positions.
