      Nice facility - location is in decent part of open farm area

      Cons

      Nepotism. Son in who runs company is a nightmare.?writes up techs over anything he wants. Turnover has been 21 people since my start date. Low pay

      They are very small and will hire anyone, good place to start if you want to try out sales

      Cons

      You will have to figure things out on your own, there are no managers, when you move on (and you will) the company's name sites not pull a lot of weight.

      *You are a person, not a number *Family owned - no corporate red tape *The whole team cares about their customers - it is a VERY customer centric environment. *Great overall team - from admin to sales to service - makes it easy to collaborate *Great sales incentives - contests, presidents club trip *Positive culture - owners are caring, honest and fair

      Cons

      *Small company, not much room forcareer advancement, however as sales, if no intention to become a Sales Manager, then great opportunity to always increase your income.
