      Work is rewarding and stimulating. People are generally cool. Management structure is flat which can allow for better visibility.

      Cons

      Not a fan of HR. Pay is low given the skill and experience needed. Hybrid work requirements are annoying and prescriptive. Experienced some gaslighting

      Coworkers are nice, good managers, but not a fan of HR. Good hybrid work schedule, very flexible. Inclusive.

      The people are great to work with, management is understanding with life events, and I'm usually not overwhelmed with my tasks.

      Cons

      PTO is low, pay is low, hours feel really long, upper management talks a big game of work-life balance and "making employees whole" without the follow-through.
