The worst company to work for

Pros

The staff on the ground are brilliant, these are the care workers Nurses, Support workers etc who actually deal directly with the Service Users and are truly caring people.

Cons

The management of the company from Top to Bottom is not in the least concerned with the welfare of their staff. They pay bare minimum to those without whom there would be no company whilst rewarding themselves with high salaries and perks. They recently entered Northwest Charity of the year and the privileged members attended the awards ceremony whilst many Support Workers on minimum wage were still waiting to be paid for overtime worked in August. Many are still waiting two months later.

Sociopathic leadership. Way too high pensions for senior staff that seem to think they are corporate. They are dreadful and exploit the system.

None whatsoever.. worse employment experience I have ever had

I cannot think of a single positive to say about the place Dangerous work place Guidelines aren’t followed No care plans for any of the residents Recommendations by Doctors are not put into action The residents practical run the place No supervision for staff even when requested!! That’s just to start with
