The management of the company from Top to Bottom is not in the least concerned with the welfare of their staff. They pay bare minimum to those without whom there would be no company whilst rewarding themselves with high salaries and perks. They recently entered Northwest Charity of the year and the privileged members attended the awards ceremony whilst many Support Workers on minimum wage were still waiting to be paid for overtime worked in August. Many are still waiting two months later.
