As others have mentioned, performance often seemed to depend more on visibility outside of regular work hours and participation in company events rather than results or impact. There was an expectation to stay late at the office and attend events, which blurred work-life boundaries.
During my time there, I didn’t feel supported. There was little to no formal training, and many in senior positions seemed to be promoted based on tenure rather than relevant experience.
You’ll likely only thrive here if you’re comfortable with micromanagement, consistently working long hours, and prioritizing face time over actual output. Unfortunately, career growth and genuine feedback were not encouraged in my experience.
