Pros
The music business perks are ok, but you can get those anywhere.
Cons
Extreme paranoia and unwilling to listen to qualified employees. Toxic office culture where employees are routinely asked to report on one another. High turnover as a result. No room for career growth unless you quit. You will have to work overtime and not be compensated for it. Typically handles disputes with passive aggression instead of any kind of conflict management. Does not pay freelancers on time. The reputation of a being scrappy underdog isn't intentional - they are in simply in their own way.
