Super flexible work schedule, a ton of time off around the holidays, chill work environment, definitely open and accepting workplace on a bunch of levels, I learned a ton about things I never thought I would need to know lol, dogs allowed, fast paced (but also a con), you also get to meet some of your favorite bands which is never bad, a lot of room for self improvement if that's your dig

Fast paced (literally), you'll be doing one thing one minute and a completely different thing the next which sometimes make it hard to focus, some stagnant coworkers who are not doing anything and upper mgmt knows, easily distracted upper management, the company is def going through transitions, turnover in management positions bc lack of leadership
