Pros
Alternative Services Inc. (ASI)-Michigan is a company that genuinely cares for their employees and promotes a culture where everyone is valued and encouraged to express their thoughts and opinions. As a non-profit organization that supports adults with disabilities, I love being a part of ASI's mission: "To support people to experience meaningful lives". I find it rewarding to be a vital part of that mission.

Wages! (But I know they are always seeking to improve that for their staff)

Good consumers to work with. Friendly coworkers
Cons
Say you will be full time then cut hours on you. Does not take seniority into consideration when putting new employees into already established homes and cutting existing employees of home hours
