12-16 hours of work everyday , no work life balance, sometimes they ask you to work on sunday. We have to sign 1.5 years bond, even after 1.5 years you will not have learnt anything new that will give advantage to you in job market.Not worth joining No salary growth , no promotions , even if you work 2-3years you will not get a salary increment, even they don't give a bonus on diwali. HR department finds new ways to give you financial pain. Either delay or hold back your own hard earned salary.When you are serving your 2 months notice , they don't pay your salary for those 2 months until your very last day in company. In design department they hold a portion of employees monthly salary & give it back to them at 3 month interval calling it a bonus. Calling your own salary a bonus.Pathetic difference between inhand salary and ctc is around 7-10 thousand , so at ctc 17000, you only get 10000 inhand. The top management is incompetent , when they feel pressure or have made a mistake they blame it on the design team
