Pros

Work Location. Pet Friendly. Gym Benefits. Latest Gadgets.

Cons

Company doesn't care about its customers. They are just in for a quick sale. Check Social Pages Jealousy, Insecurity, Favouritism is rampant across. You may be capable but opportunities to grow would be limited. Late stay is norm and bosses would look at you with narrow eyes if you walk out on time. No overpay for late hours & extra hard work. HR has No Say. Once you join, you experience it. KRAs are not well defined. Leads one to anxiety, when teams shed responsibilities & you have no one to go. There is absolutely no on job training & support required to perform job effectively. You would feel alienated. Company would take more time to hire you and takes hardly any time to fire you.

Perks don't make up for the toxic culture.

Pros

Majority nice people. Dog-friendly office space.

Cons

Micro-management, distrusting work environment, below average wages, no obvious HR support for staff, a number of favoured employees who are good at looking like they are working quickly progress with no management training. Casual hiring and firing of staff as "priorities change", poor communication during wfh, absolutely no room or guidance for job progression from managers. Most "senior employees" are a glorified toxic boys club - women are clearly an afterthought. Positive reviews on Glassdoor are written shortly after negative reviews - don't be fooled by this. Complete lack of discretion amongst management when discussing private employee matters e.g. health, family issues. Ends up perpetuating a toxic gossip mill. To conclude my only advice for other people considering accepting a role here is not to be taken in by the young start up mentality, and (minimal) perks. That only gets you so far and is not fulfilling long term. TRUST ME.

Pros

Office team are all fun people and make a unique atmosphere to be part of. Fun to work there with great perks. Team is working in a very "green" space, doing things that aren't really done by many other people. These things sound minimal, but they are true to an extent that is incredibly rare, which still makes this job attractive.

Cons

Lots of egos (especially men) that trickle down every part of the company (pretty common knowledge and accepted practice). Company on a whole has a bad issue with communication and feedback. Predictably frustrating with little regard for personal development. Company has a laser focus on what they deem to be "success". Could easily be called short-sighted. Pretty clear favouritism among staff, arguably sexist too. Company takes very little care for the experience of their customers. If you are looking for an ethical job, keep moving. If the company cared, they'd see this as a fair review and try to fix their problems, as they have many. **Be wary of positive reviews for this company requested by management after bad reviews come in. Whenever someone calls this place toxic, 2 more positive reviews come within the day. Fake & scripted sensational reviews are standard business practice in this office.
