- Fantastic Product - Great Customers - Focus on innovation, performance and improving customer experience - Colleagues are fantastic
Cons
Nothing major, but the team is small for the mighty work they do, which means workloads need to shift when there are absences or colleagues move on. This is a normal function for a company this size of course.

I joined this company in February with no real idea of what to expect. Although we are all based around the world, I found Altmetric to be really inclusive and generally everyone is friendly. We have the option to work from home or in the London office if you are based in London, but it is always going to be your choice. There is a lot of room for growth and to ask questions which is something I have always appreciated.
Cons
The work can be challenging and fast paced across all departments, so if this isn't what you are interested in, then this may be a con.
