- lot of support and encouragement for learning and developing new skills: employees get to participate to different courses, workshops, conferences - employees get to work with profesional people who guide them in finding and working on their chosen career paths - employees get to work on various projects - opportunities to work with different technologies and tools - flexible program, hybrid work schedule possibility - the colleagues and managers are warm, friendly people and full of empathy - there are various social and cultural events organised for employees - the office is placed in the city center - pet friendly office
Cons
I cannot think of any at the moment. If I had a problem I was able to discuss with someone and resolve my issues. So the downsides I had got solved!
