      Pros

      If you are a good recruiter you will do well and be given the freedom and all the tools in the world to succeed! This is a small company so there is no where to hide if you are not. There is plenty of support offered by managment to do well but you have to be willing to put the work in too.

      Cons

      Going fully remote, would be good to go back in the office again.

      Benefits are good, holidays, remote working.

      Cons

      No strategy / structure, plans change on a daily basis. MD doesn’t know what she wants.

      Pros

      One of the best workplaces and managers I've had. Fantastic commission structure that actually helps you earn as much as you can. Flexible working hours, amazing director who is supportive, generous and motivates you to succeed. The reason I left was because I wanted to try internal recruitment. For anyone looking to work in an agency, I would 100% recommend Altra.
