Pros

Nothing. Pros is only for the company and not for the employees.

Cons

Very worst company. They will get the work from you and will never pay salary. They will not give proper information on relieving,they themself will put as abscond so that salary cannot be processed. Management is very bad. Even the TL and the higher officals in the company has bad slang while talking with the employee and that will hurt us. Their aim is to attain target so they will ask us to extend but they will not pay. Please dont join this company. From my experince this is very worst company i have ever seen. No one can grow from this company. I really had great depression just because of this company's Hr and TL for Airtel email chat process. who are all freshers dont join this company. Atleast this review would reach the management so that the management can hire perfect employees for the company and give the salary on correct time.
