-Marketing leadership is toxic and borderline abusive. Was warned on my first day that Marketing leadership was a nightmare, and it unfortunately proved true.
-Sink or swim atmosphere; offers for guidance or help are snarky and clearly backhanded, junior employees work in a relatively small office in fear of their supervisors who are too busy with their own work (not necessarily their fault)
-Top management (CEO, creative director) are kind people but either have their heads in the sand, or purposefully turn a blind eye to the reasons for the high turnover rate and tension between employees
-Genderless line of clothing is marketed and conceived by people who use fatphobic, transphobic language behind closed doors. While I think there is good intent from the top down, the result is far from inclusive or genuine.
-Office more of less functions like a poorly run retail store (I have experience)
