      Good products, great business model with the anti diversion.

      Cons

      The new upper management team are destroying this company that many of us spent years building. They have no idea what they're doing and they're only nice to their friends in the company. Its always the blame game and they never own up to their mistakes

      Terrible leadership, no support, no opportunity for growth, extreme mismanagement of teams, no consideration of field teams feedback, so much turnover which never used to be the case, overall culture is VERY poor
