Start up Company with a lot of learnings and equally lots of surprises. Generous in investing on courses and trainings. Encourages all consultants to be sales competent and constantly network for new projects.
Cons
Traditional project management culture that does not match the agile/scrum ways of working. Tends to have low appetite for feedbacks.
