Pros
Patients are amazing and facilities are nice.
Cons
Staff are unprofessional, rude, and cruel. They blame their mistakes on you. It is not a safe place for new grads- it is a horrible environment. They put you with a full caseload on your first day. Onboarding is completed within the first day with company training on your own time. Boss searched my backpack when I left to use the restroom for no reason- came back and my bag was open. Boss was micromanaging. Horrible. Violated my ADA. Not a safe place for people with disabilities.
