      Pros

      The CEO is charismatic and the sales and design teams are top notch.

      Cons

      There are systemic problems within the engineering org which developer canditates should look closely at when considering working here. Have probing discussions with every developer and leader on this team before accepting an offer. Ask for concrete examples of good coding practices. Its one of those places that paints a rosy picture pre-hire and then unleashes the crazy during onboarding. Watch out!

      Pros

      I am not kidding this place is so bad that I would rather have 5cents to my name than ever work here again. It is a nightmare. They always hire contractor employees and will lie to you that you will be salary in 3 months but they always fire you before that not one person I knew in my 6th months there ever got hired.

      Cons

      Think of the worst job you ever had, then times it by 100. Between bully resp therapists, management that fires people every single day, the unrealistic expectations.
