This company loves to call itself a rocket ship. Only resemblance with the rocket is the speed of key people leaving (including one of the founders, key product people, most of the sales team) and the only resemblance with the ship is Titanic. Reason for this is bad management. In the sales department that is the worst. Person in charge of the sales department and sales managers don´t have competence or skills for the role, which resulted in most of the department leaving. The culture in the company is toxic. If you are considering to take a role in Alva Labs, don´t take it. If you are not member of inner circle, proper Swede (hello D&I) and unless you are blindly following all the say and forget to think with your own head, you can easily get fired and replace with unpaid interns.

The whole organisation, managers, work methods (for instance, cronyism instead of quality hirings and promotions). Suggestion for people applying for Alva Labs is to try it out for a bit, especially if it's an entry position, but then get out as soon as the first red flags show. Trust your gut, as many others who have left Alva Labs for better jobs.
