A chaotic company with Kruger Dunning Syndrome

Pros

Fast learning pace; good collegues; values employee training. I worked at multiple projects with talented individuals.

Cons

Bravodo minded company everyone has "kruger dunning syndrome"; no organizational structure and professionalism. It seems like company is wandering without any vision and misson. No continuity on projects and inernal processes. Hiring is completed without looking into a fit for company culture. Especially Lead engineers or managers at Turkish site are not productive and collaborative. In addition to these problems an acqusition occured with an Italian company, added a burden to an already weak foundation.

Young ambitous company with great talented people, eager to enter various markets and aiming for rapid growth driven by demanding unconventional strategy and vision. Talented workforce on the floor and middle management. Opportunities to grow from a personal development perspective, and great projects RND

Cons

After merger lack of adaptation by SR management of aqcuired party, typical managerial regional behavior small world thinking shown in this facility, stuborn and based upon few local ego's. Current CEO does not have any experience in the business and is leading accordingly. Talented people are leaving the company or are fired because of realistic critical view. New management is formed by people without any knowledge of specific sector.

Will to enter USA market and Europe market as well. Will to built hospital and round their production circle - looks like hospital project is stopped (?).

Cons

Bad investments, no idea for progress. Since CEO resigned company is headless. No sign of bright future. Bad marketing strategy.
