Pros
This is a very profitable and growth-oriented business. Upper management is very kind and brilliant in what they do, but sometimes there is a gap in management and communication with operations. It is a great place to learn a multitude of tasks if you are a self-learner. Fast-paced and very lean operation, so be prepared to wear many hats.
Cons
There could be more well-defined roles and the possibility of growing within the company. Since the team is so small, HR- related issued are sometimes managed poorly.
