Priorities of owners value $ over care quality and employee satisfaction
Pros
Awesome coworkers to traumatically bond with; working with kids is always great
Cons
complete lack of help and guidance, jumping through hoops to get company to adhere to the contract they provided you with -- personally was unsuccessful in my attempts at getting them to follow what they wrote in their contract, will low ball you $ offer, HR/owner+management attempt to pull fast ones on employees constantly, especially if young/new/less experienced (ex. asking if you could help clinic by working as PPV therapist for first X months but failing to inform you/specify/provide you with handbook outlining rules that say benefits/PTO accumulation will not kick in until X time into full time status), will fill every second of your time with useless tasks in the off chance you have nothing to do (ex. cutting cleaning team out of budget then asking therapists to scrub floors and equipment AFTER HOURS for no additional compensation), want you to go above and beyond for the clinic when the clinic would not do anything for you, lack of interest in investing in highly effective/useful therapeutic items... list could go on.
