- On your first day, you hear people talk about how bad it is to work there. People complain about things like that they work till the midnight, or how they are forced to work on areas other than their expertise. They say employees those left the company have made the best decision ever. This highly impacts your motivation from the first day, especially if you come from a better structured workplace where people enjoy their daily work. You just don't feel attached to the company and you know that you won't be staying there for long.
- Upper management is in constant "stressed out" state due to deadlines and other reasons we might not know. They are sometimes inconsistent and kind of hard to work with. But it isn't too bad, just a minor con. I believe you would eventually get along well after you get to know each other.
- As of today there are two HR employees. I think none of them has prior HR experience. One is a good mannered, young girl; trying to do her best. Other is a complete opposite toxic, spiteful, envious character; She has the lowest intellectual mind-set of all and posses a high level of ignorance. Fails to grasp a discussion in its original context, prone to taking things personally. Enjoys gossiping. She often comes up to you and makes a ghetto-style-implication. For example, she randomly tells you that "She has been here longer than you". She is the typical uncultured sly.
You have to watch out for this annoying, rude, dangerous old woman.
