Pros
The corporate culture promotes autonomy and it's possible to learn, grow, and take on new responsibilites to advance.
Cons
The autonomy has the downside of chaos and it's not always clear what is whose job. Higher management often tries to save money by increasing the expected KPIs and cutting corners on salaries, even though the work, especially on the bottom of the hierarchy tends to be much more demanding than in other places.
