Cons
1. Management treats employees like slaves and doesn't care about their well-being. 2. Managers pass down tasks from the CEO to developers but take the credit for the work themselves. 3. The official working hours are 9 AM to 6 PM, but employees are expected to work late into the night to meet deadlines. 4. If a work need 1 week time to complete, but the management gives pressure to complete it within 2 days. 5. Company gives salary, but from this salary we can't do anything. One of my colleague buy a shirt with his 5months salary savings. 6. Working from the office is mandatory. Even in cases of severe illness or yet to your death, if you request to work from home, the company treats you like a criminal. 7. HR should speak for the employees, but what happen here is, HR only open her mouth to speak for the Company. 8. If you are seeking for an experience and skills, then welcome to the team.
