Pros
A great place to learn and grow, with opportunities to manage projects independently from start to finish. Friendly coworkers and team leads.
Cons
There is inadequate HR management, leaving employees without a proper channel to address their concerns. They lack a proper employee skill assessment system. While industry-standard salary increments are provided, they are often not awarded to the deserving individuals.

Nothing much except for work experience and hands on knowdledge to work on project , basically handle end to end on your own. No proper delegation of duties, or task assigning for a project.
