Ethical pleasant management, easy to get along with co-workers, straightforward communication with respect to what is expected of you; room for growth. Lots of parking available.
Cons
The company is growing so they could use a little more "space".

Employer provide a lot of opportunity for me to learn new things and grow with the company. Recognize the effort the employee put into the company. A lot of encouragement for the team.
