Pros
Good benefits Decent Pay. Some benefits such as company outings were appreciated.
Cons
-Management was of the belief that it is a privilege to work there. Instead of viewing employees as an asset, they seem to believe that just working for them is an asset. They have a very inflated view of how large they are (fairly small in canada) and the structure of the company is flawed. Not very balanced in terms of what is happening. -Most of the company are either older, or very young. Most younger people use it as a stepping stone to move onto other companies that are more established/secure/professional. -Very little in the way of training and professional development. -The owner has not worked for other companies so may not understand how other companies operate -Small HR policies... cant eat at desk...
